1. Purpose and information collected
Website consultation forms and storage have closed. Staff handle contact details and messages received through KakaoTalk, phone or email to answer inquiries. The website does not collect or synchronize KakaoTalk conversations. Previous website records remain subject to retention and deletion procedures.
2. Basis and retention
Previous website inquiry information is managed under the original consent and purpose, and deleted when that purpose is fulfilled. Records subject to statutory retention are stored separately for the required period. KakaoTalk processing policies also apply to consultations on that service.
3. Deletion
Staff check whether the purpose is fulfilled and whether legal retention applies before deleting information. Electronic records are deleted using methods that prevent recovery, and paper records are shredded or otherwise destroyed. Hiding a record from a screen is not treated as deletion.
4. External service providers
We use Cloudflare for website hosting and previous inquiry records, and Google Gmail for email consultations. Consultation links open KakaoTalk without automatically transferring website inquiry information. KakaoTalk, video and map services have their own privacy policies.
5. Your rights
You or an authorized representative may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent using the contact details below. We verify identity and respond under applicable law, explaining any statutory restrictions. This service does not collect personal information from children under 14 as its intended audience.
6. Browser storage and security
The website no longer issues consultation session cookies or restores conversations from existing cookies. Browser storage may retain language and display preferences. You can refuse or clear storage, which may prevent settings from being retained.
