Bando provides product and company information. Product and quote consultations are handled through our KakaoTalk channel, phone or email.
2. Inquiries and replies
Consultation links open our external KakaoTalk channel. The website no longer accepts or answers messages. Response times depend on business hours and the inquiry.
3. Product information and contracts
Product descriptions and consultation replies are for review. Actual specifications, prices, delivery and warranty conditions are confirmed in a separate quotation and contract. Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase contract or payment obligation.
4. Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, submit unlawful or false information, send spam or repeated advertisements, disrupt the service or infringe rights. Requests may be restricted to protect the service.
5. Privacy and records
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. KakaoTalk terms and privacy policies also apply when using that service. The website does not display or restore conversations.
6. Changes and responsibility
Maintenance or outages may interrupt service. We will provide notice on the website when needed. Responsibility is governed by applicable law, and these terms do not limit statutory user rights.
7. Updates and disputes
Changes and their effective dates will be announced on the website. Contact us below with questions or complaints. Disputes are handled under the applicable laws of the Republic of Korea and statutory jurisdiction rules.
